A man that has been charged with the first degree murder of his wife is now facing a civil trial as well. The woman’s sister has filed a wrongful death lawsuit in DuPage County Circuit Court.

His trial for the six counts of first degree murder is set to begin on August 21st. The civil trial has a status date in September.
